we exist to bring the benefits of yoga to the equestrian athlete.
in mind, body, & connection to the horse.
Meet the founders
Through many inspiring conversations after yoga classes, while tacking up horses, and over coffee, Carrie and Courtney decided to join forces to bring the transformative benefits of yoga to the equestrian world.
Carrie Fraser is the founding owner and lead instructor of Mind Body Horse. She is a life coach, entrepreneur, equestrian, mother, and wife. She has been teaching yoga since 1999 and training yoga instructors since 2008.
Carrie assisted in the development of Yoga2Life, a coach training program where she currently leads 12-week intensive trainings.
Lululemon has recognized Carrie as a leader in her field and she is honored to have served as a Lululemon Ambassador in her hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado for the 3 years in a row.
Riding has been a lifelong passion for Carrie, and through Mind Body Horse she is inspired to introduce yoga as a training tool to her fellow equestrians.
Courtney Mulica is a strategic marketing consultant, equestrian, and mother. She’s a Michigan girl living and getting her outdoor fix in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Courtney has her 200 hr teacher certificate and is energized by helping people of all levels experience yoga – especially those who may find yoga studios intimidating. She loves to prove that you do not have to be flexible by nature to realize the benefits of the practice.
Growing up on a horse farm, her love of horses is deeply ingrained, and she feels most grounded after some time in the saddle.
As a consultant, she helps businesses tell their story, implement strategies, and cultivate genuine connections.
"Our experience teaching yoga, plus riding, gives us a unique ability to create practical, yoga-inspired programs specific to the needs of equestrian athletes"
